Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
For ongoing services, such as maintenance and support, we may offer monthly or annual billing options. Payment Process Upon agreement of the project scope and costs, an invoice will be issued. Clients can make payments using any of the accepted methods mentioned above.
Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
Work on the project will commence or continue according to the agreed-upon schedule once payment is confirmed. Late Payments Late payments may result in delays to the project timeline. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for overdue payments, as specified in the project agreement. Refunds Our refund policy is based on the project’s stage and the services rendered. No refunds will be offered for services already delivered or work completed. In cases where a project is cancelled mid-way, a pro-rated refund may be considered, minus any incurred costs.
Security We prioritize the security of your payment information: All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. For wire transfers, we will provide our secure banking details via a protected channel. Disputes In the event of any payment disputes, we encourage clients to contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with this payment policy.
